Get to know the role
As a Center Manager, you’ll take charge of the center’s operations, staff, and resources, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with both the General Manager of CURIOOKids & Head of Sales of WSE Indonesia and other teams to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring seamless daily operations.
The Day-to-Day Activities
- Manage the Center’s daily operations, ensuring smooth delivery to members.
- Implement Wall Street English’s methodologies, SOPs, and best practices consistently across the center.
- Maintain a warm, welcoming, tidy, and clean Center environment.
- Ensure student satisfaction and learning outcomes surpass expectations.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to the manager
- Support and manage the Sales team to enhance performance in achieving targets (e.g sales coaching & training & refresher training)
- Increase learner numbers and grow CuriooKids Indonesia’s market share.
- Focus on exceeding sales targets for the integrated center by driving and leading internal and external center activities
- Work with Talent Management to implement strategies that support staff development and retention.
- Identify improvement areas and drive the necessary changes.
- Motivate and coach staff to provide excellent service and results.
- Support brand awareness and improve social media presence.
The Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in team management (B2C product experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a “can-do” attitude.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Flexible and has willingness to work at Central Cikarang
