Get to Know the Role:
The Digital Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for the end to end digital funnel from lead to transaction. This person is expected to not only plan digital strategy but also be able to understand and run the technical portions.
This role will require not only understanding of the paid marketing but also organic marketing such as SEO and website.
Responsibilities:
- Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, paid social media, and display advertising aligned with an overall corporate marketing plan.
- Operate digital marketing campaigns which will include channels from Google (SEM, Display, YouTube), Meta, etc.
- Analyse digital funnel and data by using Google Analytic, Hubspot, Adwords, Meta and other dashboards.
- Lead and drive inbound content marketing campaigns using blogs, measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage company websites from UI to UX..
- To ensure the company portfolio of products, services, and its brand is represented in line with corporate standards.
- To plan and manage budgets against the company’s activities while ensuring that all activities are carried out cost effectively, efficiently and within budget.
- Demonstrate ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment and quickly adapt to the company culture with high level of flexibility, reliability and responsibility.
- To work with the relevant management teams in the development of specific project and content brands. Provide accurate and timely reporting of performance and budget.
- Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies as well as develop innovative ideas to bring channels to life and ensure balance between quality and quantity of leads generated is maintained
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain landing pages and optimise user experience
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements
- BS/MS degree with proven experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaign
- Experience in using marketing automation tools and inbound content marketing (preferred)
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Strong leadership skills and project management skills
- Ability to work with across all levels in an organization and with external vendors
