✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

• The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online lead acquisition, brand awareness, and customer engagement across Wall Street English, CuriooKids, and INDIES. You will lead high-impact ad campaigns, managing and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms to generate high-quality leads and maximize conversions.
• In this role, you will also boost organic growth by developing and implementing SEO strategies that enhance search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase brand visibility. Additionally, you will optimize website performance, analyzing user behavior, improving user experience (UX), and implementing conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance engagement and drive business growth.

🛠️ What We’re Looking For:

• Paid Ads Expert – Strong experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns with a focus on ROI.
• SEO Pro – Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Performance Marketing Technical Expertise – Deep understanding of tracking, attribution models, conversion APIs, and A/B testing to maximize ad effectiveness.
• Data-Driven Decision Maker – Ability to analyze performance metrics and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.
• Strategic Thinker & Problem-Solver – You don’t just execute—you strategize, test, and optimize for continuous improvement.
• Website Optimization & UX Understanding – Experience in improving website performance, conversion rates, and user engagement..
