• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
• Manage the full talent acquisition funnel, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Utilize data and analytics to track key metrics, measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives, and identify areas for improvement.

Drive Performance Reviews, Talent Operations & Enhance Employee Retention:

• Drive Performance Reviews – Oversee a comprehensive performance review process that supports continuous employee growth and development.
• Optimize Talent Operations – Manage and improve HR processes to streamline talent operations and workforce management.
• Enhance Employee Retention – Design and implement strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction, reducing turnover
