Get to Know the Role:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase our brand awareness, improve our marketing efforts, and engage with our audience. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of various social media platforms.
Job Description:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
- Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for our social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer feedback. Foster a positive community and add value to the audience’s experience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, track, analyse, and report on performance metrics. Use insights to improve engagement and inform future strategies.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, events, and brand initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement changes as necessary to stay ahead of the competition.
- Advertising: Manage and optimise social media advertising campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Brand Advocacy: Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers to amplify our message.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with minimum 3 of years.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics is an advantage.
- Willing to be placed at Kota Kasablanka, Jakarta Selatan.
