We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Trade Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our mission of nurturing lifelong learners across Indonesia. As Trade Marketing Manager, you  will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth in collaboration with sales teams and external partners. This role will focus on enhancing relationships with key education partners, driving enrollment through various channels, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all trade activities.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop Trade Marketing Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive trade marketing plans to support sales objectives, product launches, and promotional campaigns in the education sector.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales department to understand market needs, develop marketing materials, and create strategies to support school partnerships, distribution channels, and B2B customers.
  • Manage Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the creation and execution of trade promotions, events, and activities, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with education institutions, distributors, and other external partners, ensuring they have the tools and materials to effectively promote our products and services.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Conduct market research to stay updated on education trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use insights to adjust trade marketing plans and identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor Performance: Track and evaluate the success of trade marketing initiatives, reporting on key metrics such as enrollment growth, brand visibility, and partner engagement. Provide insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and impactful campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as product development, customer service, and digital marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and strategies.

Your Profile

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; 5 years of experience in trade marketing, ideally in the education or a related sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the education industry, including B2B marketing to schools, institutions, or educational service providers.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey clear, compelling messages to various stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience with market research, data analysis, and reporting to inform and adapt marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with sales teams, external partners, and other departments.
  • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box to develop innovative campaigns that stand out in the education sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing software, CRM platforms, and tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, etc.

  2. Digital Marketing Expertise:
    • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools to integrate online campaigns with trade marketing efforts, enhancing brand presence in the education space.
  3. CRM & Marketing Automation Tools:
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools to track customer interactions and streamline marketing campaigns.
  4. Event Management Experience:
    • Experience planning and executing educational events, trade shows, or promotional activities that engage schools, educators, or distributors.
