GenCorp Client Appreciation Night 2026: Celebrating Corporate Partnerships and Connections

Jakarta, October 2026 – Gentem Corporate Solutions (GenCorp) Client Appreciation Night 2026, held at Kembang Goela, South Jakarta, brought us together with our valued corporate clients and prospective partners. The evening was dedicated to celebrating the partnerships we have built, introducing our expanded people development solutions, creating opportunities to connect beyond our usual business engagements, and strengthening professional connections.

We also presented Client Awards to three partners for their commitment to continuous learning and employee development:
Gold – Rising Learning Partner: PT Air Minum Jaya (Perseroda), for supporting diverse learning needs across organizational roles.
Platinum – Learning Participation Champion: PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, for the highest number of repeat learning programs.
Diamond – Learning Impact Champion: PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk, for its significant investment in learning programs.
Our event also marked a new chapter for GenCorp's new identity, alongside its expansion beyond English training into Non-English People Development programs, including soft skills development. We also introduced GenProSkills and Genstarkids, highlighting Gentem's wider learning ecosystem for professionals and children. Through dinner & mingle, we connected with clients and brought representatives from different industries together to exchange perspectives, build professional relationships, and strengthen our corporate learning community.
We also discussed “Staying Relevant in a Changing World: The Skills That Shape Future Success,” moderated by Kautsar Irnando, General Manager of GenCorp & Strategic Partnerships, which brought together three perspectives on the skills needed to navigate a changing world.

From a business perspective, the discussion addressed the growing use of AI across operations, HR, and people development.
“Organizations need to move beyond simply adopting AI and start applying it to real workplace challenges.”
- Doni Priliandi, Founder and CEO of Happy5
As AI becomes part of everyday work, professionals are also experiencing changes in how they access information, complete tasks, and make decisions.
“AI can help us work more efficiently, but we still need critical thinking to evaluate its output and understand how to use it effectively.”
- Adhitia Hidayat, GenCorp AI Trainer
Looking beyond the workplace, the conversation also considered how changing expectations are shaping the personal and professional journeys of individuals.
“Staying relevant means being open to change, continuously developing ourselves, and having the confidence to explore new opportunities.”
- Agnes Aditya Rahajeng, Puteri Indonesia 2026
