GenCorp Expands Jasa Marga Partnership to Support English Development at PT Jasa Marga Transjawa Tol

Following GenCorp’s service with PT Jasa Marga Learning Institute, PT Jasa Marga Maintenance, and PT Jasa Marga Operator, we extended our support to PT Jasa Marga Transjawa Tol (JTT) in 2025.

Since 2025, GenCorp has supported 50+ PT Jasa Marga Transjawa Tol employees across three Corporate English programme batches, involving participants from senior staff through management level. Across the programmes, participants completed 15+ training sessions, with an average attendance rate of 80%and a 90% programme completion rate.

Aside from participation, the programmes are designed to strengthen practical English communication for workplace situations. 68% of participants reported improved confidence in using English for workplace communication, while 30% reported being able to slowly apply what they learned in meetings, presentations, discussions, or communication with international colleagues.

Participant feedback has also highlighted the practical relevance of the learning materials, trainer quality, and direct feedback provided during class. 90% of participants rated the overall learning experience positively.

“Alex is a really great teacher. Alex encourages all students to participate in class. I like the session when Alex was walking around the class, and he gave feedback/correction on each student’s work,” shared one participant.

As we explore the next phase of our collaboration with PT Jasa Marga Transjawa Tol and other PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk subsidiaries, we aim to continue strengthening not only programme participation, but also measurable progress in employees’ confidence and ability to communicate effectively in English in the workplace.
